We are seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager with 3+ years’ experience to lead and elevate the beverage program at a high-end private members club in New York City. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all floor beverage service and team supervision
- Drive beverage sales and staff training in wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Maintain inventory, POS accuracy, and compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial and operational goals
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure service standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years beverage management experience, preferably in private clubs or fine dining
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory/POS systems
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
