Description

  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports for the accounting and finance department.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Respond to supplier and client queries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in improving financial processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • AAT studier or similar
  • A background in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well within a team and independently.
