Description

  • Oversee AR operations, including raising charges, processing payments, and managing collections for tenants across multiple countries
  • Generate and analyse reports, providing monthly and quarterly updates on AR performance and collections to the C-suite
  • Collaborate with asset managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing for specific tenants
  • Drive process improvements within AR, implementing new systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, handling challenges and addressing queries from internal teams and external partners

Profile

  • 3+ years experience doing AR, ideally within Real Estate, Property or Logistics sector
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Yardi, Excel and PowerBI
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with AR processing workflows
  • Process improvement and implementation skills, with a focus on optimising efficiency and accuracy in AR operations
