Our client is a leading legal services provider to the health, social care and housing sectors. They are currently looking for a Team Leader to join their Asset Management and Plot Sales team in Winchester, Hampshire.
The role will involve day-to-day supervision, motivation and development of the Asset Management and Plot Sales team (including 8 Transaction Handlers). The role will also involve managing successful client relationships and creating new workflows for the team.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership/ management skills along with previous residential conveyancing experience. You will have the ability to manage a team working on a high volume caseload in the residential market.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £18000 – £22000 per annum
