The Role:
They’re looking for a confident, experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-performing team and deliver consistently excellent service. You’ll be a key part of day-to-day operations, supporting senior leadership while mentoring the floor team.

Key Site Details:
* 70 covers (including an outdoor space)
* 150-300 covers per day
What They’re Looking For:
* Someone who takes pride in high standards and attention to detail, with a calm but commanding presence
* A strong, engaging front-of-house personality – full of warmth and natural charm
* A good understanding of both front and back of house operations
* Proven ability to lead, inspire and support a team
* A real passion for hospitality – from food and drink to culture and service
* Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English) and solid computer literacy
* A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership
* A true team player – adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure
