The duties include:

  • Posting and payment of contractor invoices
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control via phone, email and post
  • Debtor reporting and credit reports
  • Purchase ledger management
  • VAT returns
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • P+L management
  • Management reporting

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar level role – Essential
  • Be driven and looking to develop experience – Essential
  • Have excellent communication and organisation skills – Essential
  • Be confident using Microsoft packages – Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £35,000 + parking + pension + flexible working options + future study support
