The duties include:
- Posting and payment of contractor invoices
- Creating sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control via phone, email and post
- Debtor reporting and credit reports
- Purchase ledger management
- VAT returns
- Fixed Asset Management
- Accruals and prepayments
- P+L management
- Management reporting
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar level role – Essential
- Be driven and looking to develop experience – Essential
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills – Essential
- Be confident using Microsoft packages – Essential
