Associate/Analyst – Renewable Energy Investment
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation of diverse renewable energy investment opportunities.
- Build detailed and flexible financial models to evaluate renewable energy projects, including testing assumptions and performing sensitivity analyses.
- Carry out comprehensive due diligence on potential opportunities.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for investment committee meetings.
- Travel within the UK and Europe to explore investment opportunities.
- Support portfolio management activities following investment.
Profile
Financial Services
- Proven experience in banking, consulting, investment management, or within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated skills in investment research, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committees.
- Strong interest and understanding of the renewable energy industry.
- Proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
