My client is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead the culinary team at one of their care homes in Southeast London.
Chef Manager requirements:
* Qualified chef with experience in care homes, particularly familiar with the dietary needs of elderly and nursing residents.
* Menu planning and review skills to ensure meals are nutritious and well-balanced.
* Budget management expertise, maintaining costs while providing a high-quality diet.
* Strong knowledge of EHO (Environmental Health Officer) and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
