Job Title: Chief Operating Officer – Growing Hotel Group
Salary: DoE + Bonus
Location: Dublin
I am working on an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Irish hotel group as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence across a portfolio of 4-star hotels, ensuring each property delivers top performance, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire General Managers and senior teams across all hotels.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across all areas.
- Implement and enforce brand standards and best-practice procedures.
- Oversee maintenance, suppliers, and capex planning.
- Deliver operational excellence for the group-wide rebrand.
- Optimise processes, service delivery, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Coach and develop senior leaders, fostering a strong people-first culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior operational leader in multi-site hospitality ideally hotels.
- 5+ years’ experience driving performance across multiple properties.
- Strategic, hands-on leader with a commercial mindset.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and capex oversight.
- Calm, decisive, and detail-oriented problem solver.
- Passionate about exceptional guest experiences; Irish market knowledge a plus.
