Great opportunity for a commercial disputes lawyer with an insurance background to join the highly regarded national firm to focus on advising and supporting educational bodies in relation to potential claims and defend action brought against them.
The successful candidate will have strong case management skills, the ability to advise on liability and risk, sound commercial judgment and the ability to process often complex and sensitive matters.
