Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Top 50 firm. This commercial team are highly reputable and experiencing an exciting period of growth. This commercial property team have an enviable client base that consists of household names. You’ll be working from the office in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
This commercial property caseload will include acquisitions & disposals, landlord and tenant for retail clients and development projects. As a key part of the team, you will be involved in business development to bring on new clients and maintaining existing ones.
Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 1 year PQE in commercial property from a large or city firm.
