Commercial Property Solicitor – Cardiff
My client is a renowned law firm recognised for their expertise across various legal disciplines. The Commercial Property team at this top 100 law firm are highly ranked and is well known and they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their dynamic team.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters. Your role will involve advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1+ years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong understanding of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters, property development, and investment.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
