Construction Solicitor – Bristol
We are recruiting for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join this busy and growing construction team. You will be joining a non-contentious construction team where you will be working on a non-contentious construction caseload. Ideally, you will have atleast 3 years’ PQE.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be advising an enviable client base of public, private and healthcare sector clients on a caseload of complex and high quality construction work.
- Your caseload will include JCT and NEC contracts, advising and drafting PPP, PFI, FIDIC and ICHEME documents.
- As a key part of this team, you’ll be encouraged to take part in business development – maintaining and building new and existing relationships.
Qualifications:
- Atleast 3 years’ PQE with experience from a reputable construction law team where you’ll be able to demonstrate experience on the full suite of construction contracts.
- As a non-contentious construction solicitor, you will have an impeccable attention to detail.
