Contentious Probate Solicitor – Exeter
We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join our client, who are a Top 100 law firm. They are looking to grow their contentious probate offering across the South West. You will be based within the Tier 1 contentious probate team from the Exeter office on a hybrid basis.
You’ll be working on a range of contentious probate to include inheritance disputes for both individuals and charities. You’ll be working on a busy caseload for high profile clients.
Ideally you will have atleast 5 years’ PQE and be able to show that you are a well rounded solicitor in contentious probate. Our client is looking at someone who is around the senior associate level. ACTAPS and STEP would be an advantage but not essential – you will be supported to achieve this.
