Overview
My client, a leading third party service provider is seeking an experienced Contract Director to lead and manage the delivery of Soft FM services across a major contract. This is a role which will allow you provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and drive performance improvements while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Soft FM services, ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to deliver best-in-class performance and client satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasting to ensure commercial targets are met.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior Soft FM leadership role, ideally as a Contract or Operations Director.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience overseeing large-scale contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards within the facilities management sector.
