Overview
My client, a leading third party service provider is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of Catering and Soft FM services for a key client. This role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction while driving performance and operational efficiency across all service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of catering and soft FM services, ensuring all contractual and performance targets are achieved.
- Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for operational matters.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing catering and/or soft FM contracts within a third-party or outsourced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
