Corporate Associate / Senior Associate – Bristol
Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a leading International law firm in their Bristol office. You will join a highly acclaimed and collegiate group, working with prestigious clients and alongside leading lawyers who are experts in their field.
The firm are seeking to bolster their ENRI team and you will focus on energy and infrastructure
The international multi-disciplinary team covers construction, project development, acquisition and financing across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure (ENRI) sectors. Clients include corporates, investment funds, major development finance institutions, governments and commercial banks.
The successful candidate will have strong corporate experience (minimum 5+ PQE), including M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with a focus on transactions relating to the ENRI sector. Experience of acting for or opposite infrastructure funds, coupled with strong client relationship skills with ENRI sector companies is highly desirable.
