This top tier Bristol firm, boasting one of the premier corporate crime teams in the City, is looking to recruit a specialist corporate crime and investigations lawyer with at least 4 yrs.’ experience gained from a reputable firm(s).
On offer is a diverse portfolio of matters, including serious fraud & money laundering, bribery & corruption, sanctions & export controls, corporate manslaughter, health & safety, inquests & inquiries, and the recovery of proceeds from crime (restraint & confiscation; seizure & forfeiture; unexplained wealth & civil recovery).
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in corporate/financial crime and/or regulatory enforcement, particularly advising corporations in extensive investigations and prosecutions.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a tier 1 ranked team led by highly ranked Partner who is a recognised expert in their field.
You will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales and have demonstrable experience in corporate criminal and investigations work, with the ability to work under pressure and to a high degree of autonomy.
