Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, employees, and guests
  • Manage reception, front-of-house services, and visitor registration seamlessly
  • Handle internal and external calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Support meeting room bookings, set-ups, and client-facing areas, maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
