Fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join this leading corporate team in Bristol as a Senior Associate. This large corporate team are part of a national offering who work closely with their international colleagues
The team itself covers a full spectrum of Corporate Services including venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services. Clients include large companies, privately owned businesses, banks, financial institutions and private equity houses.
The quality of work you would be involved in here is exceptional, you’ll be working with team members who have relocated from city firms in London into this team due to the desire to secure a real work life balance without sacrificing an impressive client base.
Although this role would require someone who is able manage a busy case load there is an element of balance. The targets required are reasonable and there is an element of give and take.
This role would suit an experienced Corporate Solicitor of 4+ PQE who is driven, ambitious and has a solid grounding of technical knowledge within the corporate sphere. Experience at a city firm would be desirable but is not mandatory.
