My client is a renowned UK firm, with significant rankings in the legal guides. Their excellent corporate team is now looking to further build on recent successes and strengthen its growing practice in Hampshire. You will be joining a highly successful and friendly corporate team, working with a range of local and national client and tackling an array of matters including M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity work amongst others, advising on mid-market deals with notable clients across the Southeast.
