Corporate Tax Associate/Senior Associate
Location: Exeter

Top 100 law firm are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate to join their well-regarded Corporate Tax team in their Exeter office. This team is ranked among leading national and regional firms, and work alongside Legal 500 ‘Leading Partners’ in delivering top-tier tax advisory services.

The Role:

  • Advising on corporate and property taxes, capital gains tax, and VAT.
  • Structuring tax-efficient investment solutions for corporate entities.
  • Providing expert guidance on reorganisations, demergers, and group consolidations.
  • Advising multinational clients on cross-border tax matters.
  • Supporting high-profile transactions for our corporate and property teams.
  • Working with fast-growing businesses, established corporate groups, PLCs, and property investors.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring practical and strategic tax solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years PQE in Corporate Tax, with a strong technical and organisational skillset.
  • A confident communicator with a track record of success in high-quality tax transactions.
  • Able to manage complex legal matters with precision and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about business development and building strong client relationships.
  • Motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
