Credit Underwriting Manager
- Managing various credit teams, including utilising SQL to analyse team performance and reporting this to senior management.

- Review and, where necessary, challenge policy changes.
Profile
Financial Services
- A minimum of 5 years experience leading underwriting/credit decision teams, ideally within a fintech environment.
- Able to work independently while also ensuring team success, balancing your own responsibilities with the management of your teams..
- Strong communicator with the ability to drive team performance and manage complex, demanding situations.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL, with some knowledge of Python being a plus.
