We are assisting a Top 100 law firm in their recruitment for a dispute resolution solicitor to specialise in housing litigation. This dispute resolution solicitor will join a busy and successful housing litigation team based centrally in Bristol.

Due to growth, this successful housing litigation team are looking for a solicitor with atleast 1 year PQE in housing disputes. This team have experienced a number of client wins recently and it is an exciting time to join.

The successful dispute resolution solicitor will be acting for housing associations, local authorities and social landlords on a range of housing disputes to include; possession, injunctions, anti social behaviour, breach of tenancy, social housing fraud, service charge disputes and more.
