This role requires an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the directors of a private office in a non-profit organisation. The role involves a variety of secretarial and business support tasks in the vibrant city of London.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the director.
  • Deal with complex correspondence, providing the Director with high quality draft responses which meet his requirements and have been properly researched.
  • Lead responsibility for all of the Director briefings, speeches and correspondence.
  • Coordinating with various departments within the organisation.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Organising and managing events and departmental activities.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for directors.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.

Profile

A successful ‘EA to Directors Office’ should have:

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant working at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and to take the initiative and lead.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
