Employment Solicitor – Bristol
My client is a national practice wo are looking for an experienced employment solicitor to join their highly ranked employment team based in their Bristol office. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload including a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The position includes flexible hybrid working options and you can expect a blend of office and home working.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a varied caseload from inception to final hearing, including discrimination, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, employee capability, unfair dismissal, TUPE, policies, HR advice, grievances, and more.
- Provide expert legal advice to both claimants and respondents.
- Collaborate with a highly respected team to deliver top-quality service to our clients.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Qualified solicitor with 3 + PQE in employment law with good experience of handling wide ranging employment law, HR matters and Tribunal cases for employers.
- Experience gained at a reputable employment law team and the ability to manage own caseload.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £57000 – £70000 per annum
