We are looking for a committed and diligent Executive Assistant (EA) to provide top-tier administrative support in a temporary role within our Not For Profit organisation who are based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Client Details

Our client is a globally recognised, large organisation within the Not For Profit sector. They are dedicated to addressing health concerns through innovative research and development.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to the executive and communications team.
  • Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and arranging conference calls.
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analysing information.
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • An ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams and Salesforce
  • Experience in a similar high volume role in the Not-for-Profit sector would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work 42 hours a week
