Description

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Ensure budgetary controls and monitor company expenditure.
  • Support the financial planning and forecasting process.
  • Provide detailed cost analysis to aid strategic decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to drive financial performance.
  • Participate in projects aimed at financial process improvement.

Profile

  • Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
