Description
- Manage and maintain accurate service charge accounts.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the team on service charge matters.
- Prepare and present financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
- Participate in financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the finance department.
Profile
- Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of service charge accounting in Housing Sector.
