Role: Funds Lawyer
Location: London
Salary: from £190,000 + Bonus
Join the London office of a leading US law firm as an Associate for the Private Funds Team within the Funds Practice Group.
In this role, you’ll be advising on a diverse range of fund-related work, including private equity, private debt, real estate, mezzanine, venture, credit, infrastructure, funds of funds, distressed and special situations, and activist funds. Your expertise will also cover the structuring of carried interest, co-investment and other incentive schemes, secondary transactions, and fund restructurings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience with outstanding academic credentials and have relevant experience in private funds with a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand law firm.
For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
