Job Title: Head of Property ( Residential with some commercial)- Boutique growing firm
Salary: £80,000-£90,000
PQE Level: 7PQE+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a highly successful boutique Central London law firm, is looking for a Head of Property who will be supported by a highly capable associate.
You will have at least 7 years post qualification experience and will be primarily focused on residential conveyancing including straightforward sales & purchases, freehold and leasehold, lease assignments/extensions/enfranchisement/renewals, auctions, buy to let investors and developers, and sales and purchases of commercial property.
The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor and will be attracted by the opportunity to lead and build the team within an ambitious and growing firm and a route to partner for the right candidate in 6-12 months.
