Our client is a well-established non-profit organisation committed to promoting health and wellbeing.

Description

  • Leading the accounting and finance team in day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinating and preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Procurement and contract management
  • Coordinate the rollout of the charity’s new compliance register, ensuring that all areas of compliance are linked to relevant policies and that the register is up to date at all times.
  • Implementing efficient and secure procedures for handling financial data.
  • Line manage the Finance Manager and Finance Officer

Profile

A successful Interim Shared Services Controller:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
  • Extensive management and financial reporting background
  • Good experience of working with suppliers, including SLAs, quotes and tenders.
  • Exposure to charity governance and experience in working closely with a board of trustees and committees
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership skills

Job Offer
