Description
- Prepare and format legal documents with precision.
- Provide administrative support for commercial and residential property cases.
- Manage correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Utilise fast and accurate audio typing skills for legal documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records and manage filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the legal team.
- Support fee earners with day-to-day tasks and case management.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal procedures.
Profile
A successful Legal Assistant should have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within commercial or residential property.- 9 months minimum
- Strong typing skills, including proficiency in audio typing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Offer
