Managing Director – Luxury Wellness & Leisure
Location: London
Salary: £170,000–£220,000 + (Bonus)
A leading luxury Wellness and leisure group in London is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to oversee full operational and commercial performance, with a clear pathway to CEO within 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations with full P&L accountability.
- Drive business growth, innovation, and new revenue opportunities.
- Develop and mentor senior leadership, ensuring high service and brand standards.
- Implement strategic plans across finance, marketing, and operations.
- Oversee expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Director to align commercial and creative goals.
Ideal Profile
- Proven leader at MD, Operations Director, or Regional Director level.
- Background in luxury hospitality, premium leisure, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong track record in operational excellence and business growth.
- Strategic yet hands-on, with exceptional financial and people leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to advance to CEO.
