Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and well known business going through a period of continued growth. They have an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join the team at what is an exciting time for the business.

Description

Payroll Assistant Duties include:

  • To support the Payroll team in arranging the payment of staff salaries
  • Collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll
  • Administration of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
  • Gather, review and distribution of Payslips
  • Handle any Payroll lelated querues and escalate where necessary
  • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar Payroll position – Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel – Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – Required
  • Ability to work efficiently towards deadlines – Required
  • High attention to detail – Required
