We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join the acute frailty team at Glan Clwyd Hospital, Rhyl, Denbighshire to make a real difference in patient care.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
- Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
- HCPC Registration.
- Proven experience in acute/frailty physiotherapy
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
