Job title: Planning Solicitor, Southampton
Salary: £66k-£80k + Depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
You will be joining a leading law firm with close links to a number of industry sectors, in their planning team. They have an exciting opening for a senior planning solicitor to join their specialist team.
As a planning solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Work on regional and national matters for landowner, developers, funders and/or occupiers
- Supervision of more junior members
- Providing bespoke training and support to clients
- Assisting on business development
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have experience within planning and environmental matters at a top regional or city law firm
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions.
- Have Client-facing experience
- Possess good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
