Private Client Solicitor – Exeter
City law firm are seeking a private client solicitor to join their large private client team to work on a high quality caseload of private client work. You’ll be joining this private wealth team as senior associate in the Exeter office.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a range of families, individuals and trustees, you’ll be managing a diverse caseload of private wealth matters, including estate planning & administration, wills, powers of attorney, tax planning, trusts, and wealth structuring.
- Provide strategic advice to high-net-worth clients and their families on wealth and succession planning, to include domestic and international matters.
- Your busy private client caseload will include Court of Protection matters.
- As a senior member of the team; you will be getting involved in supervision and training of junior lawyers, taking part in business development and being a key player in the growth of this team.
Qualifications:
- Atleast 6 years’ PQE working with a reputable private client team.
- Able to independently manage own caseload of wills, probate, trusts and estate/tax planning.
- STEP is strongly desired.
- Demonstrable drive and enthusiasm with a strong client focus.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £65000 – £85000 per annum
Location: Exeter, Devon
