Job title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £55k-£65k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 3-5

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is a leading national law firm with top legal 500 rankings and they are looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join their award-winning team.

The role has arisen out of an amazing stream of work and overall growth within the firm. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a large range of matters and acting for a wide range of clients including investors and asset management companies, well-known retailers, residential landlords and HNW individuals. The matters cover caseloads such as boundary disputes, lease terminations, breach of covenant, property insolvency, construction disputes and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the senior set up at the firm and to work with individuals who are recognised for their specialism in this area, with a variety that means no two days are the same. For the right candidate there are excellent chances for progression.
