Property Litigation Solicitor
Property Litigation Solicitor is needed for a growing property litigation team based in Salisbury. This property litigation team are highly ranked in the L500 and the firm are award winning. Our client is able to consider NQ solicitors, but please still apply if you have more experience.
The successful property litigation solicitor will work on a range of high quality property litigation matters to include; restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues and easements.
You must be a qualified solicitor and have experience in property litigation, if this is as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply. If you have a training seat in property litigation or experience post qualification – we want to hear from you!
