Rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Lawyer to join a fast growing commercial law firm.he firm has stunning offices in central London and Cardiff but this role can be fully remote.

The firm is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Lawyer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement law and will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice to clients on procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.

Policy Development: Assist clients in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.

Contract Management: Draft and review procurement contracts and related documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on procurement law and best practices.

Market Insights: Stay up to date with the latest developments in procurement law and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.

The firm are ideally looking at Senior associate level, circa 5+ years pqe and you must have experience in public procurement law gained within private practice or the public sector. Experience in procurement litigation is desirable but not essential.
