Real Estate Disputes Legal Director – International Firm – Manchester

Brief:

  • Our client, a market leading international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Legal Director to join their Tier 1 ranked Real Estate Disputes team. The successful candidate will be based in their Manchester office. Hybrid working arrangements are in place.

Role and Requirements:

  • We are seeking a Real Estate Disputes lawyer who has 7+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm. You will be the most senior member of the Manchester team, so will be responsible for supervising the junior members of the team (currently comprising a solicitor apprentice, paralegal and associate solicitor), alongside working closely with the London team.
  • The firm’s real estate practice is now well-established in the North-West, acting for developers, occupiers and some major institutional clients. The Property Litigation practice has stand-alone clients, as well as clients in common with the rest of the Real Estate Department and is involved with exciting and cutting-edge property-related disputes. The practice also has a number of market leading specialisms, including (but not limited to) pre-emptive injunctive relief, claimant led professional negligence claims and rent review.
  • For the right individual, there is a clear roadmap to partnership.

Salary and Benefits:
