My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this unique luxury hotel. About the position
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar experience
- Drive staff training to the highest level
- You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities
- Responsible for recruitment, training & development
- Create a unique environment and experience for the guests
The successful candidate
- Minimum of 2 years working in luxury hotel or restaurants
- Strong knowledge and a passion for luxury food and drink
- Strong commercial acumen
- Fine dining experience
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Experience and knowledge with seasonal produce
