A Senior 3rd line Support Engineer is required to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues whilst optimising systems performance in an industrial / manufacturing environment located in Leeds.

Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
- Optimise systems for maximum speed and scalability.
- Perform system administration tasks in a diverse IT environment.
- Coordinate with the Technology team to design and execute infrastructure changes.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure IT needs are met.
- Proactively stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements.
- Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Senior 3rd line Support Engineer should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and tech support.
- Solid understanding of software and hardware systems.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- A salary package around £50,000 + Bens
