Senior Costs Draftsperson – Fully remote
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Costs Draftsperson to join one of the UK’s leading specialist firms.
Our client is a dynamic national law firm who specialise in personal injury and clinical negligence matters. They are currently looking for a Senior Costs Draftsperson to join them on a fully remote basis.
The role will involve providing a costing service to the Firm and liaising with Fee Earners in respect of Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply, negotiations and Assessment Proceedings, Statements of Costs and Costs Budgets.
To be considered, you must have at least 3 years’ experience in Costs and have Costs Master experience. You will have bills drafting experience which will include, but not be limited to high value/multi track, personal injury and clinical negligence files as well as drafting points of dispute, drafting replies and negotiation.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
