We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the UK based HR team based out of Sheffield with occasional travel to other 3 sites.

Our client is a Global Manufacturing and distribution business delivery high quality brands to the consumer.

Description

  • Embedding the business values, processes and procedures
  • Providing HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
  • Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Analysing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting performance management and providing performance evaluations
  • Assisting with recruitment and interview processes
  • Offering support and advice on training and development
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR legal requirements

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field – desirable
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and employment law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £38k per annum
  • Hybrid working Sheffield (S25) 2 days per week
  • Expensed occasional travel to other 3 sites
  • 25 days AL + BH
  • Bonus scheme
