The key responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Coordinator will include:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with seamless support
  • Downloading and organising applications efficiently
  • Coordinating candidate interactions, including scheduling meetings and sending invitations
  • Preparing comprehensive assessment packs
  • Engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Assisting in the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Profile

The ideal Senior Recruitment Coordinator will bring a proven background in a similar public sector role, showcasing a robust understanding of 360° recruitment. You’ll be skilled at strategically supporting the Executive Recruitment team, coordinating all recruitment activities seamlessly.

Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders is highly valued, and familiarity with SuccessFactors is a strong plus.

Job Offer

  • Competitive day rate paying between £180 – £240, depending on previous experience.
