SHEQ Manager – Wiltshire
£45,000 – £50,000
Monday – Friday flexible hours (Option for 1 day hybrid after probation) – Bonus – 33 days holiday + Banks (Increasing with service) – Private Medical Insurance – Death In Service
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance, development and continual improvement of SHEQ management
- Promote a positive SHEQ culture by engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure SHEQ best practices are embedded into the Company’s culture
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ legislation
- Working with key stakeholders to introduce and improve SHEQ systems
- Liaising with internal auditors and maintaining ISO9001 / 14001 / 15001 accreditations
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a site environment
- Knowledge of ISO9001 / 15001 / 14001
- Experience in a hands on SHEQ role
- Auditing and QMS experience
Package and Benefits
- £45,000 – £50,000
- 23 days + BH (Increasing up to 33 each year)
