Sous Chef – £38,000 – £41,000 – London

We are seeking an outstanding, experienced, and hands-on Sous Chef or Senior CDP ready to make the step up to join my client’s site based in Twickenham. You will be working alongside the Head Chef to provide excellent culinary service for events at the site.

Sous Chef requirements:

* Oversee and uphold consistent food standards and quality across all areas and stages of production and supply.
* Ensure compliance with the company’s HACCP procedures as part of the food safety management system.
* Prepare and cook enough food to meet guest needs, while minimizing waste.
* Ensure food meets required standards by checking taste, presentation, and quality.
* Serve food promptly, working quickly and efficiently to keep up during busy periods.
* Ensure all dishes are garnished according to the picture specifications before being sent out.
