Venue & Sales Manager, Northampton, £40k – £45k + Bonus
I am excited to be working with an events venue in Northampton who are looking for a Venue & Sales Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing operations on-site, and creating a sales & marketing strategy to drive new business. You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end event mangement
- Drive sales proactively
- Overseeing operations on site
- Building client and supplier relationships
- Cost control
- Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service
The ideal candidate:
- Previous venue sales and operations experience
- Experience delivering events
- Financial understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about guest experience
